A new Beginning

New website, with updates!

Some of you, who have been on my site before, will wonder what happened. A lot of things have been re-arranged.
Fact is that my old website had some issues with updating content. Number of pages were limited etc …
While migrating to the new system I did not want to spend too much time getting my old blog posts back. They were not particularly interesting anyway ;) So instead of trying to get some mildly interesting and insecure comments from my early 20s me, I decided to make a clean slate.

I decided to now include some of my recent experiments and spontaneous recordings as well, re-arranged the galleries a bit and created a Facebook page, so I can keep my private account private. I can’t keep up with social networks these days so I just stick with Facebook for the time being. Don’t expect and TicToc from me ;)

I am still in the progress to arrange my old back catalogue of photography. So more galleries will appear over the course of the year.

As I have written in the “about” section this is not my job. More like a life-long passion/hobby. But one that I will keep tending to over the years. You could consider this webpage as a more public sketchbook where I stick some random ideas into. Maybe at some point I will be able to formulate something more complete, something that can carry a narrative. Beyond a few minutes of impressions.

Me in Spring 2022 with already greying hair. Should maybe spent more time with music and photography instead of Excel/Teams/C/C++/Powerpoint. But it pays the bills and loans … a choice that had to be made ;)
